Our Leadership Team
Paraclete Christian Learning Academy is guided by a highly qualified leadership team with extensive experience in early childhood education, family ministry, biblical teaching, organizational leadership, and professional culinary arts. Collectively, our directors hold advanced degrees, specialized credentials, and decades of combined service in Christian education and child development. This depth of training allows us to lead a Houston early learning program with excellence, wisdom, and a deep commitment to shepherding both children and families.
PCLA is uniquely supported by a degreed Culinary Director, ensuring nutritious meals prepared with professional standards in our fully equipped commercial kitchen. Through our partnership with LeNôtre Culinary Institute, culinary students complete supervised internship hours in our kitchen—allowing children in our preschool and early learning academy to enjoy high-quality meals prepared by trained professionals.
In addition to program oversight, our directors provide ongoing teacher development in Christian education and biblical principles for understanding the heart behind behavior. This ensures that staff do not merely supervise; they are spiritually and professionally equipped to guide children with compassion, clarity, and consistency in every classroom.
Together, our leadership team models the very heart of PCLA’s mission—coming alongside families, supporting teachers, and cultivating a joyful, orderly, and purposeful environment where every child can flourish.
