Venezia Robinson

Director of Food & Nutrition

Ms. Venezia Robinson is a degreed culinary professional with a passion for feeding children well. She serves as PCLA’s Director of Food Services, bringing a strong background in nutrition, meal planning, and safe food preparation. Venezia oversees all meals prepared in PCLA’s fully equipped commercial kitchen, manages dietary accommodations, and leads our partnership with LeNôtre Culinary Institute, where students complete supervised internship hours within our food program.

She also supervises kitchen staff and volunteers, ensures compliance with health and nutrition standards, and coordinates allergy and dietary communication with teachers and families. Venezia combines her professional culinary expertise with a genuine love for children—providing nutritious meals, offering engaging age-appropriate cooking experiences, and supporting garden-based learning activities that spark curiosity and creativity.

Fun Fact: Venezia has never met a stranger—she loves people deeply and has a special heart for serving the homeless. She’s playful, energetic, and still has the childlike joy to run, play outside, and encourage little ones who need some fun and connection. She loves experimenting with new recipes and believes every child should experience the joy of cooking—flour on the counter and all!
