Ms. Lindsey Weatherford serves as Director of the School and brings years of experience in early childhood operations and children’s ministry. She is responsible for day-to-day operations, licensing compliance, classroom structure, curriculum implementation, and staff supervision and coaching. Lindsey also oversees the daily rhythms that create safe, joyful learning environments.

She is a certified Texas Child Care Director, holds Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification, and has served in multiple administrative roles within the early childhood field. Lindsey has experience in both leadership and early childhood education and continues to serve faithfully in children’s ministry.

She is committed to creating safe, orderly classrooms and supporting teachers through consistent training and encouragement. Lindsey believes that strong partnership with teachers and families helps children grow with confidence, stability, and the support needed to meet their learning goals.

Fun Fact: Lindsey loves animals—especially tiny, adorable dogs—and she has a theatrical streak. She’s known for humming a tune or making up a lighthearted “elevator song” for any moment that needs a smile.
