Her passion is to equip families and support teachers through a compassionate, Scripture-shaped philosophy of shepherding young hearts.

Dr. Ellen provides vision, governance oversight, organizational accountability, and spiritual leadership for the academy, ensuring that every part of PCLA reflects excellence, clarity, and Christ-centered care. Her background in large-scale ministry administration equips her to lead with wisdom and a steady commitment to nurturing children and supporting families.

She also oversees program alignment with state standards, policy development, and the training of staff in biblical, heart-focused guidance strategies so that children can flourish in a joyful, orderly environment.
